You are in Picardie, within quick and easy reach of Paris and Roissy via the A1 motorway, on the edge of the village of Elincourt Sainte-Marguerite, in the hollow of a hill and in 140 hectares of private grounds. The manor appears to date back to the Renaissance, but prior to that period, the site accommodated a fortified castle, the Château de Beauvoir. It is said that Joan of Arc was imprisoned there. The Renaissance period has left one tower of military inspiration but over the centuries, the fort has become a manor, defending nothing other than the Art of living. At the Château de Bellinglise you are at Châteauform’... and of course everything has been designed to make you feel “at home”.
