Séminaires et réunions, comme à la maison ChateauForm

Le concept

From the booking to the seminar itself

As Châteauform’ specialises exclusively in residential stays for businesses, our team entirely devotes itself to bringing about the success of your project in four different stages.

Each of these stages demands a certain expertise and ‘savoir-faire’. That is why, Châteauform’ provides you with experts to accompany you each step of the way in order to :
- Choose and book the location - Prepare and organise your seminar - Look after your participants during their stay - Keep an account of bills during the seminar

Do not hesitate to call on their expertise. They will all be delighted to answer your questions and respond to your needs.

Looking forward to welcoming you shortly “like at home”.

STEP ONE : CHOOSING AND BOOKING THE LOCATION

Dialling +33 1 30 28 69 69 will put you in touch with a seminary adviser. Our small team of seminary advisers will be delighted to give information on our various châteaux, their location and availability. At this early stage of your seminar, the expertise and advice offered by our team will enable you to find the location best suited to your participants and to the objectives you hope to achieve from the seminar. You will have the same seminary adviser right through from the development of the original idea to the firm booking of your seminar.

STEP TWO : PREPARING AND ORGANISING YOUR SEMINAR

Once your seminar is booked, a “nanny” will be appointed to look after your project. They will be at your disposal to help you prepare your seminar down to the finest detail. In addition to checking the necessary equipment in the meeting rooms, organising transfers and setting up a team building activity, your “nanny” will be on call to answer any questions and make small suggestions that make all the difference. Every “nanny” is extremely familiar with your seminar location and therefore perfectly capable of informing you of what is available or of certain necessary precautions.
Your “nanny” will be at your disposal right up to the beginning of your seminar. Keen to know how you got on, they will call you a few days after the event to hear your impressions and suggestions.
