Seminar advisor
Your role :
- You will help our clients choose the most suitable chateau for their seminar. Depending on the availability of all the Châteauform’ sites, you will suggest the one whose atmosphere, layout and situation best fits the objective of their meeting, the profile and background of the participants, their specific requirements, etc.
- You will optimize the occupation of the various chateaux.
- You will increase the existing and potential clientele along the lines of sectors of activity.
- You will coordinate communication and marketing operations from their design to their realization.
Your profile :
Qualified to baccalaureate +4/5 level (+4/5 years higher education) ; 1 to 2 years experience ; Dynamic ; Skilled in personal relations ; Able to listen to people ; Sense of initiative and responsibility for working in a small growing organization ; self-reliant but liking to work in a team ; computer literate ; Fluent English, Spanish and/or German would be an advantage.
