The Château de Rosay, listed in the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques (UK Grade II-listed historic building), is located within the Lyons Forest, the most beautiful beechwood forest in Europe. The XVII century château consists of a main edifice built in 1611. The architecture is characteristic of the so-called "Louis XIII" three-colour style including blue slate, pink bricks and milky facade finishing.
