Your customer service contacts
Their role is to help you choose the right château for your seminar. In the initial stages of your project, and subject to availability, they will recommend the Châteauform’ venue with the atmosphere, layout and location the most suited to the goal of your meeting, the profile and origins of your attendees, and all your specific requirements.
Your nannies
Once you have chosen your site, and confirmed your seminar, a Nanny will help you to prepare the event, from start to finish. Your nanny is your special contact for all the logistics of your project. He/she will gather all the information about your team needed to prepare your seminar in detail (organizing pick-up at the airports, special diets, audio visual equipment, team bonding activities, attendee birthdays, your organizer’s little whims, etc). And because your Nanny knows all there is to know about the château at which your seminar will be held, he/she will make lighter work of the preparations and advise you to ensure it is a true success.
