Your conference members arrive at Châteauform’. Whether it is 5.00 pm, 8.00 pm or 10.00 pm they will all be met by the host couple and welcomed to the château.
As soon as your attendees arrive, they will promptly be settled into their rooms. While they await the others, coffee, tea and cakes are served in one of the lounges and they will be shown around.
We will also provide a meeting room complete with paperboards, white boards, photocopier, overhead projector, a TV set and a triple-standard video recorder as well as a video projector for Mac or PC presentations.
Your breaks :
fresh bread with butter and the chef’s own jams, vanilla-flavoured French toast, sugared lemon cake, fresh fruit juice, ice tea, coffee, etc.
Lunch and breaks can be served in the garden or in one of the lounges. Depending on the schedule, attendees can enjoy the activities and the surroundings on offer at Châteauform’ such as a walk or a bike ride for example. We can also teach them archery or organise an impromptu table-tennis tournament. These activities can be arranged in next to no time, for an hour or two, at the end of the day or just after lunch, etc.
Your buffet lunches :
the chef and his team invite you to a buffet concocted with produce from the local market : farmhouse pâté, langoustines and crunchy green beans with bacon, fresh farmer sausages, barbecue with shoots from our vines, roast free-range chicken with fresh thyme, pastry rolls filled with goat’s cheese and fresh leeks, homemade strawberry tart, fruits of the season, caramelised apple pie and cream, pears in Médoc wine, etc.

Your dinner menus :
duet of foie gras from the Landes, roast bass with rosemary and young vegetables, platter of cheese, lavender crème brûlée, etc.
In the evening, attendees can enjoy a swim in the pool, play billiards and relax in the lounges where they will find board games and open bars.
