I really wanted to thank you for the excellent welcome you have given us : from the sign at the entrance to the château marking our arrival, to the personalized welcoming note in each of our (magnificent) bedrooms, and the warm welcome given by our hosts. The setting is magnificent, the gardens shady, there is calm and serenity all around. Many thanks also for your faultless organization, since thanks to the concept "leave it to us to make you feel at home" everything is arranged to make you feel at ease : as many hot drinks and bottles of mineral water as you want, the self-service bar, umbrellas available at different points throughout the building, a very well-equipped meeting-room… All the details that make for a truly enjoyable stay. You never notice the presence of the organizing staff, but everything is always ready right on time. What’s more, the whole château is available for our convenience (meeting-rooms, lounges, terraces, courtyards, gardens). But the top marks must go to the snack breaks : exceptional quality and variety, sweet and savoury combined, a real feast for the eyes ! After several hours in a meeting, they come as a real pleasure !

By general and unanimous consent, we have just had a marvellous stay (although it was far too short !).
We were given a very pleasant welcome by our hosts, whom we found charming and very attentive. We really appreciated the snack we had on our arrival, followed by a convivial gathering around the BBQ, "just like being at home".
In fact, all the meals in general made a strong impression : the buffets are varied, with good quality food and large quantities. We much appreciated the "kitchen service" with the chef himself serving… as well as the excellent quality of the wines.
Among other aspects that were appreciated were : the free access to the bar, the variety of the sporting equipment, the bottles of mineral water available everywhere…
Without, of course, forgetting the quality of the location itself (very pleasant bedrooms, authentic and elegant décor, etc.).
In a word, everybody has already asked if the experience can be repeated next year. We consider that we have fully achieved our objective of reinforcing team spirit.

The seminar was very well organized. The Châteauform’ method is really excellent : the service we were given was "just like being at home", with different little surprises on each occasion (at each meal, including breaks). What’s more, we hardly had to organize anything, since everything was already in the rooms, set out for us in perfect working order !
And then of course there was THE TEAM BUILDING ! Everybody joined in, everybody danced, sang, acted and disguised themselves ! The only comments we heard were positive, everybody had a really good time. You can offer this team building again to other groups, it was unforgettable !

The gates to Neuville Bosc stay wide open in our memories… we could not possibly forget our wonderful stay there. Our heartfelt emotion for the place breathes life into the old stones, the tall trees and the ancient architecture. You and your whole team, everyone included, down to the apprentice gardener, have given a human touch to the set-up. No high-flown language, nor waxing lyrical ; just simple things such as a smiley face, a discreet but attentive presence, perfectly timed, small gestures and a thoughtful spontaneity. Everybody showed their desire to please without appearing subservient, taking each job seriously and willingly, ready to satisfy even the smallest requests. A superb team ! Everybody had their job to do but was nevertheless ready and willing to help out the guests giving us a great feeling of freedom in the knowledge that we were in good hands. I just wanted to thank you with all my heart. You are tremendous. Thank you too for the unforgettable photo report. That was a great idea. Martin is obviously very talented, Marine delightful, Pascal and his team : a mine of ideas and enthusiasm ; everybody is great right down to the bottom of the veggie patch. We wish you both and everybody else all the best for the business get-togethers and every success for the future.

I am writing to tell you how impressed I was by the level of preparation and the organizational skills shown during the holding of this event. Whether it be for the contact with your commercial teams or with your "nanny", I was delighted by the quality of the contacts with your staff.
All the participants enjoyed their stay, especially for the quality of the meals and of the wines served at table. They appreciated the friendly atmosphere at the Fief and the attentiveness of the host couple.
Apart from that, there was not a step put wrong during the entire stay. Quite the opposite : our Managing Director and his management team were delighted with their first experience at Châteauform’.
